From Fitness to Life

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I have worked with hundreds of clients ranging in ages from 10-85, in all aspects of training. I have trained athletes on levels from middle school to the collegiate and Division I levels. In addition I have worked with clients who are looking simply to improve health, flexibility, and helping to restore youthfulness. Some common goals amongst clients are weight loss, weight gain, increase in confidence, overcoming social fears and anxieties and many more. While working together we will create a plan of attack tailored to your specific goals and aspirations. There is no goal that is unobtainable, and through course of action and building a strong mental and physical foundation, we will be able to achieve your dreams!
